An Advertisement for “Easy way” product
I’m not a smoker or an alcoholic. I bought this book to learn how to reduce anxiety and worry. There are a few words in each chapter telling us mindfulness has great value. But it doesn’t tell us how to attain this mindfulness. Most of this book talks about how effective the Easy Way is at eliminating alcohol and nicotine addiction. Not what I thought I was buying. The title of this book is misleading. Don’t be fooled.
