Too many mistakes

Though the narration is quite good, the character voices could have been more subtly indicated, but it is the considerable number of recorded mistakes that prevent me from giving this audiobook more than 3 stars out of 5. On nearly every page, the narrator omits a word or changes another, sometimes reading the very opposite than what is written in the text. Some of the worst examples include “suitcase window” instead of “staircase window” and reading “father” instead of “daughter”... A couple of phrases are even repeated, as though the retakes were not edited out. Surely this masterpiece of English literature deserved a more attentive and careful vocal rendition.
