You have to start at the beginning

Each of LK Hamilton's books go's into a great amount of detail.Even though they all have their own unique story they turly follow a sequence.I first tried to start with book 13 but soon found that I could'nt understand Anita Blakes character.You really have to start at the beginning just to understand the rollercoaster of a life she leads & the characters that are involved in it..

It not your "Twilight" kind of story. Its up & down, happy,sad & sometimes very dark.
I adore the series and recomend it to anyone who want a book your just can't stop reading...or in this case listening to.
