This is a complete Breathing Program.

I definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants to take control of their emotions, mental tone, and physical energy, through this breakthrough breathing technology. This breathing technology is based on the last 75+ years of research on the subject. Going back all the way to the Russian Cosmonauts Program research to deal with fear and anxiety.
