It's menopause!

I have recently had the dubious pleasure of going through menopause, and to an extent, I still am battling with some of the symptoms. It had a significant effect on me and my life, which got me thinking about those around me who were going through similar or were yet to go through it, how I can prepare them, and perhaps ease it for those who are already.
