Worth every penny

What an amazing book. The beginning is full of medical information that could be hard to read but with the audio book and listening to Peter’s thoughts and emotions it was a breeze for me despite not knowing all the medical terms. The real meat and potatoes (or salad and chicken for some :) ) is the final chapter. Peter is able to truly connect with the listener. Absolutely amazing. Definitely a must read for anyone interested in longevity.

Highly recommend this Health & Wellness book as it covers everything from all the science you expect to a very personal and vulnerable dive into the importance of achieving solid emotional health. The audio version narrated by Dr Attia himself is outstanding !

Textbook in story-format

Expect to learn a hell of a lot from this book. Don’t be intimidated by the depth of information, even if you glaze over it as Peter goes into deep detail. There are actionable details on the backend that you can use in your own life and anecdotes to help digest it. I strongly recommend this fantastic work.
