Publisher Description

“Napoleon Hill was one of America’s great, influential thinkers who continues to have an enormous impact today.” - Steve Forbes, editor-in-chief of Forbes magazine

Bestselling author Napoleon Hill reveals the seven principles of good that allow us to triumph over obstacles...and find success.

Using his legendary ability to get to the root of human potential, Napoleon Hill digs deep to reveal how fear, procrastination, anger, and jealousy prevent us from realizing our personal goals. This long-suppressed parable, once considered too controversial to publish, was written by Hill in 1938 following the publication of his classic bestseller, Think and Grow Rich. Annotated and edited for a contemporary audience by Rich Dad, Poor Dad and Three Feet from Gold coauthor Sharon Lechter, this book is profound, powerful, resonant, and rich with insight.

Very in depth look at Hill's 'outwitting the devil'

First off I'd like to say, the cost for this book is completely fair. You not only get Hill's outwitting the devil manuscript but you get a prequel to how it came to be. There are pauses throughout the audio book which provides different views of what Hill was trying to deliver through his writings. Also if I may add, the previous 1 star reviewer is a tool. Cheers. Horrible!!!!

Hill was a genius! This audio book is a complete joke and I want a refund! As you are listening to the book, this woman keeps cutting in on a different track every 3-4 minutes to reiterate
What Hill just said. You can't get into the tone of the book because it bounces back and fourth between a male reader to the female reader who's job it is, is to feed you useless info on what she thinks Hill was feeling at the time of writing. I can't believe anyone agreed to publish an audio book in this ridiculous format. The best way I could sum it up would be to call this book, verbal diarrhea. Please don't misunderstand. I'm a huge follower of Hill's teachings and love his books. I managed to get through two hours of this audio book and got sick of looking for the fast forward button to avoid listening to this numbskull make useless little comments on what the author just said . PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! As a book lover that is the best advice I could give. After paying 15 dollars I feel totally ripped off. It's labeled a book by Hill but you get to enjoy some clown giving their useless option all the way through it. It's Misleading garbage! Sorry for the strong words but I was looking very forward to listening to this book.

Amazing but ruined

The lady who cuts in to expand on what’s said should be removed/not incorporated. We need to form our own opinions and also hear the book in its entirety all the way through without bridges to do so.
