Sharon is great but the technology is terrible…
The description says this comes with a guidebook. It does not come with a guidebook when purchased here. There is no “table of contents” so you have no idea what the mediations are or what track is what meditation. There are no explanations. There is no way to easily move between tracks to select the meditation you want to practice.
