So disappointing
I love Nora Roberts and JD Robb. I’ve been reading Nora Roberts since I was in middle school. This story was clearly written back then, too. This appears to be a story written in the mid 80s, back when smoking was ubiquitous, photos were taken on film, and virgin heroines with Disney-princess-like virtue and good humour were all the rage. But its false advertising to suggest this was “published” in 2014 without the caveat that this is NOT the quality of storyline or writing that we have all come to expect of Nora Roberts. Don’t waste your money on this unless simple cheesy romance and mindless plots are what you in the market for.
