Did not age well
Several of the theories in the book have been debunked since its release and the author’s self-serving attitude towards women is kinda gross. This feels like a book meant for bros looking to boost their own self-image rather than an achieve a healthy and sustainable plan for lifelong health.
Feeling sad for the author
The beginning of the book was okay and somehow interest. From around chapter 26 or so and nee site of this guy appeared. He is telling people what a happy life is and doesn’t even have a life long partner…sleeping around bringing disrespect to poor women who let him use them. Tim pls watch Jordan Peterson on what it does to you and others when you live this way. Also you missed a big and joyful part of life all along.,,
