Very Good
I was extremely pleased with this audiobook. I listened to all 71 minutes of it while walking around a grocery store in Provence, France where I am currently on vacation. During each section of the audiobook, and without buying thing right away, I listened to what Dr. Weil had to say. I read labels, I compared products, I asked the people working at the fresh fish and vegetable sections about the origins of their products, and I must say that I am extremely confident that by doing this I have been able to make drastic and very practical changes to my food intake. It takes practice, but it is not difficult.
Before reading this book, I too was very confused by the contradictory information about healthy eating being thrown around in the media. To say the least, I couldn't find a regiment that please me and did not seem "fishy" (pardon the pun). The advise given in this audiobook is practical, common sensical, and historically sound.
Great book. Thanks Dr. Weil!
