A WALL STREET JOURNAL AND FINANCIAL TIMES BEST BOOK OF THE YEAR
In The Power of Habit, award-winning business reporter Charles Duhigg takes us to the thrilling edge of scientific discoveries that explain why habits exist and how they can be changed. Distilling vast amounts of information into engrossing narratives that take us from the boardrooms of Procter & Gamble to the sidelines of the NFL to the front lines of the civil rights movement, Duhigg presents a whole new understanding of human nature and its potential. At its core, The Power of Habit contains an exhilarating argument: The key to exercising regularly, losing weight, being more productive, and achieving success is understanding how habits work. As Duhigg shows, by harnessing this new science, we can transform our businesses, our communities, and our lives.

Awesome book
Very catchy and interesting but I had to give I had to get four stars I would have given 4.5 stars if possible.some of the subjects were not researched correctly especially the one about the medical field. The doctor is not solely responsible for which patient is in the operation room. Before he even sees the patient on the nurses work on the patient and make sure that the right patient is in the right room the doctor is just responsible to check in the end in, which was probably not done. Also the example with the little girl that was wrongly operated with the tonsils and Eye surgery it’s not even possible because the ever yours are not the areas of one specialist it’s two different specialists which would use completely different operation rooms, and different nursing teams. Otherwise the book was great!
