Brady and Violet had a one-night stand six months prior to Violet arriving at Brady's doorstep to fill the role of nanny for his little boy Theo. Brady and Violet will need to try and keep things professional while she is working for him.
Brady and Violet have some serious sexual tension between them. Brady seemed different in this book than he did in the first book. I loved the relationship between Brady, Violet and Theo.
I loved that this was a duet narration for the audiobook. Aaron Shedlock was a great choice for Brady. This was my first time listening to Cindy Kay and she was ok.

Brady and Vivian!
Brady is professional football player who shares custody of his five-year-old son Theo with his mother. When her career takes her out of the country for three months, they decide to hire a nanny but he never expected that the woman who would show up at his door was the same woman he spent one steamy evening with and hasn’t forgotten.
Violet was dismayed to realize that her new employer is the man she never expected to see again. The one thing she does know is that they need to keep their relationship strictly professional but that is proving to be more difficult than either of them imagined and it isn’t long before both father and son steal her heart.
Violet has never felt supported and appreciated so she is cautious when it comes to Brady which causes some turmoil but there is no denying that they are exactly what the other needs in their life. The narration of this story was everything you could want and more as they brought out all the humor, emotion and romance.
Loved Brady and Violet!
It was so much fun getting to dig into who Brady is! He was a fixture in the first book, and getting to explore his story after getting hints in the first book was great! It was so nice to see the co-parenting relationship between Brady and Hannah be a supportive and friendly one. Brady is such a good dad, and always thought about how his actions would affect Theo. Violet's character was so relatable and real and her relationship with Theo was so sweet. After getting hurt in the past, once by a dad she was nannying for, and once by her ex-fiancé, it was easy to understand why she was hesitant for anything to happen with Brady. The duet narration of this audiobook by Cindy Kay and Aaron Shedlock was great. Cindy was a perfect Violet for me and Aaron is climbing his way up into my favorite male narrators.
