Interesting modern way of working abs
Luv the videos it would b nice to know which muscles each exercise target or how many reps & sets should we do. Great complement to add to my workout tho. Could use more structure that's all
In your ab book you do all of the exercises quickly! To achieve better results with the exercises that you have selected do not do the ab workout with momentum. The slower the better because you are working the muscles harder.
