Assigned to a seemingly cut-and-dried murder case, Angela finds herself diving headlong into the world of cyberterrorism, putting her directly in the crosshairs of some of the world’s most dangerous criminals. We loved Patterson and Tebbetts’ book-smart heroine, who’s anything but a typical fictional detective. A tough young woman who’s also socially awkward, Angela sometimes lets her impulsive side get the best of her, which isn’t always wise but is always relatable. The book’s short, razor-sharp chapters let Angela’s personality shine—and make for a page-turning read.

1st case was a fast paced read
I hope this becomes a series like the Women’s murder club! I really liked Angela’s quick mind and the pace of the book. I couldn’t read it fast enough I want to read where Billy and Angela’s relationship goes!
