SFPD Sergeant Lindsay Boxer has guns on her mind and only twenty-two seconds until she loses her badge—or her life—in this thriller from #1 New York Times bestselling author James Patterson.
There’s buzz of a last-ditch shipment of drugs and weapons crossing the Mexican border ahead of new restrictive gun laws. Before Lindsay can act, her top informant tips her to a case that hits disturbingly close to home.
Former cops. Professional hits. All with the same warning scrawled on their bodies:
You talk, you die.
Now it’s Lindsay’s turn to choose.

Déception
Un peu déçu des éléments inconcevable de l’opération policière.
Disappointed and waste of money
I’ve read all the books in this series. The first 10 were a gr8 read, couldn’t wait for the next one to come out.
It seems that James Patterson has a story line, a style that is the same in all his books. Very disappointed with what should have been a good read.
Maybe time to step back, enjoy your millions, quit writing. James, your style is same old & stale. Consider bowing out gracefully and giving your fans a chance to read others who still have the zip, the style, the thrill of the read which you seem to have lost along the way.
This book is a waste of money.
It is boring, the characters need to be retired.
Want a good read, try reading the Kellermans, Koontz, Tami Hoag, P. J. Tracey, and many more.
That’s all folks
