It asks for twenty minutes a week. One sitting, one day, once a week — and nothing on the other six days unless you want it.

Every week follows the same simple rhythm:

READ TOGETHER — One short passage of Scripture, printed in full so you never have to go looking for it.

REFLECT — A two-minute meditation that takes the passage straight into married life.

TALK TOGETHER — Three questions written to be answered honestly rather than correctly.

PRAY TOGETHER — A written prayer, so neither of you has to come up with the words on the spot.

THIS WEEK — One small practice to carry into the days ahead.

The fifty-two weeks are arranged in four seasons that build on each other:

FOUNDATIONS — What God actually says about marriage, covenant, and a love that acts before it feels.

WORDS — Listening, telling the truth kindly, keeping confidences and keeping promises, and praying out loud together without feeling awkward.

REPAIR — Anger, self-deception, forgiveness that has run out, bitterness that went underground, money, and the exhausting need to be right.

ENDURANCE — Changing seasons, weariness, service nobody notices, faith passed on in the ordinary corners of a day, and love that outlasts everything else in the room.

This study assumes nothing. You do not need to know your way around a Bible. You do not need to be the couple who does this naturally. And if you miss a week, you do not restart and you do not catch up — you just open it again.
