Good read
I'm currently starting volume 2 based on enjoying volume one. Most books that are related to self improvement come across very preachy. I was refreshed to read a book that was more about personal observations from an individual who has obviously had success in business and real estate. I'm also looking forward to volume 3 which is dedicated to Real Estate lessons.
