The book was written to celebrate her love of poetry and with the hope it will help others with mental stress and to help those who love them.

Catherine Goin (Betsy) has coped with paranoid schizophrenia since 1974. She has been following her wonderful doctors instructions and the guidance of her faith in Jesus Christ for all these many years and has outlived her life expectancy with no end in sight.
