Vocabulary building and word recognition exercises for children ages 1 to 5. This book is good for vocabulary building with toddlers, and for developing reading skills with children ages 3 to 5.

The images in this book were originally created as laminated flashcards to help my two-year-old daughter develop her vocabulary.

In order to develop word recognition simply review the words in the book one or more times a week with your child. Even if the child is only two years old, the shapes of the words will be subconsciously associated with the images and the sounds of the words.
