Sweet Story
If you’re looking for a story about some difficult struggles yet a gentle story of love growing between children and adults and between adults, this is it.
Really enjoyed it
I really enjoyed this story, it was so heartbreaking with loss & guilt & neglect but turned out so sweet. The loss of a father, husband & brother at Christmas is devastating & the neglected children left behind is heartbreaking but with a loving uncle & an empathetic police officer life could change. Kelly & Mick are a slow quiet burn & the love they have for his niece & nephew draw them close. We’re also treated to the revelation of a secret that brings happiness to the Shannon sisters. Definitely a wonderful addition to the series. Recommend to read. Thank you to Tule publishing & author C.J.Carmichael for allowing me to read this book for an honest review.
