Publisher Description
When my boss asked me for a favor, I didn't know it was going to get me killed.
As a coroner, discovering the cause of death is literally my job but I'm meant to do it in a morgue, not a mega-mansion. The deceased? Lester Harrington, a reclusive wizard with more wealth than parenting skills.
His five entitled brats have gathered to divide daddy's estate but my autopsy has turned up an unpleasant truth; one of them is a killer that just doesn't want to share.
No job is worth this madness, but unless I can find the killer, my only way out of here is in a body bag.
Fans of Kim Harrison, Charlaine Harris, and Darynda Jones, will love this witty, action-packed adventure.
If you want magic and mayhem in a page-turner you won't be able to put down, you can't miss S.C. Stokes' A Date With Death. Scroll up and one-click to get lost in this exciting new urban fantasy world.

This Book kept me turning the pages!
Fun read with a lot of action. I guessed who the murderer was early on but there were enough other surprises to keep my interest! Good Job

A Crazy Ride from Start to Finish
I have to be honest and tell you this book is not what I imagined it would be, it is so much better. A Strong, Nuanced Female Character in Kasey is just what I needed. An exciting Murder Mystery with a dash of Supernatural for the cherry on top. A thrill from start to finish.
