A DEADLY GREED

As the curtain falls on her debut as Susanna in The Marriage of Figaro, Helena notices her husband hasn’t arrived for her performance. Hurrying to her dressing room, she finds a Garda waiting for her with the horrific news her husband and son are in hospital. But she is too late; they are both dead when she arrives at the hospital. Their Toyota, in which they were travelling, is a write-off. Events lead to even more terrifying news, the ‘accident’ wasn’t an accident.


Helena becomes the prime suspect in the Gardaí investigation headed by Detective Inspector Hanly. 


Afraid that she will be arrested or murdered before she uncovers the truth, Helena puts her career on hold and sets out to identify the person or persons responsible. Her quest uncovers a web of deceit, greed and an unscrupulous lust for power.
