A Deadly Obsession

Joshua Merrill found a way to obtain a new ID to resolve his indebtedness following the loss of his job. He used it to start over again with complete freedom from his debtors only to lose everything that he dearly loved, including his wife, a lover, and the new freedom he thought he had won.

He was obsessed to get his family back at any cost, even if he had to murder the FBI agents and Midland Michigan's detective, Bob Mitchell, who were pursuing him, as well as those victims who kept him in funds during his life on the run.

The story is a love story with lots of action and murder. It centers in the State of Michigan and begins with a fiery auto/gasoline tanker crash and includes Joshua's kidnapping his own daughter. It follows concurrently both sides of the story - the victims and the murderer.
