A Letter To Myself

There isn’t a way for me to go back in time and reverse the harmful actions I did to myself as a child and teenager, but I knew at some point if I didn’t want to remain stagnant in certain areas of my healing journey that I would somehow have to make amends with myself. Writing this letter to myself put me in an avatar state, allowing me to see each forms of my younger self and say the things that were never said, with the hopes that my words can heal the wounds I should have never dealt.
