A Night at the Lake

(SHORT STORY) I love a horror story with no reference to the supernatural. My other horror story "Kell Hall" is about monsters and netherworlds and portals and getting trapped in your own imagination. This is scary in a completely different way. This kind of scary scares people because it actually *happens*. Someone once told me that "The Silence of the Lambs" was so scary because it served as a reminder that there are people out there like that. As much as I love camping, this is a totally real fear for me, the idea of bad people out in the woods...
