A Prayer of Hope

Your Expectation Shall Not Be Cut Off

 

Poetry enlightens the soul with inspirational Scripture as expressed in the book, “A Prayer of Hope.”  The poetic style of many Bible verses have encouraged, enlightened, and strengthen my soul with hope from God, especially when difficult situations overwhelm the mind.  When adversities occur that grieve the mind and the spirit is brought low, the Bible tells us, “Hope deferred makes the heart sick: but when the desire comes, it is tree of life” (Proverbs 13:12).  As a tree transforms each Spring to mature and bring forth newness of life, God’s Word can rejuvenate the spirit and lift the soul to new heights of understanding.  “A Prayer of Hope” is a poetic expression of the hope God gives, “…your expectation shall not be cut off” (Proverbs 23:18).
