A Selfless Man

An unusual man enters  town. He is putting quarters into parking meters. This prevents a police officer from ticketing over parked cars. Despite the warnings of the police officer, the man continues to put quarters into parking meters and gives the police officer several quarters so that he too can help the people who parked their cars.
