Great action filled paranormal romance
Duke Morgan is many things, a billionaire, a philanthropist, a collector of magical artifacts and a warlock. Due to an unexpected event years ago, he has forsaken his magic. Sloane Davenport is his high school love, a mother to an adopted child, an entrepreneur, and a banshee. She is the reason he denies his magic. They meet at an auction twelve years later and she tells him she forgives him. They agree to meet the next day and both of them are excited about it. Neither knows what is in store for them.
This. Is an action filled, paranormal romance that grabs your attention and keeps it. The author has created some amazing characters, complete with a back history, flaws and worries. They seem to pop off the page and engage you in their story. The storyline flows well and is chalked full of interesting developments, danger, suspense and of course romance. The main characters grow and develop as the story continues. I also enjoyed the unique side characters. The writing is well done, with great dialogue and a wonderful narrative. If you like action filled, paranormal romances that pull ar your heart strings, then give this book a read.
