A Zombie Day

A zany take on new school jitters that follows a little girl who's almost exactly like her classmates...except that she happens to be a zombie.

The first day at a new school was terrifying...

Imagine being a zombie on the first day. For Suuni, that's the least of her worries--she's mostly concerned that everyone at her new school is terrified of her. And they are! They just don't understand her loose limbs, rotten lunch, and undead heart. If only they'd take a moment to learn that she loves recess and reading and making new friends just like everybody else.

Starting at a new school can be scary for human and zombie kids alike—in both cases, a bit of bravery, curiosity, and kindness go a long way.
