Absolution

  Jordan Launay is a man who strives to excellence. Failure is not an option. His life is defined by a drive for integrity and efficiency. These are the traits that earned him the coveted, high-ranking position as a handler in the government's highly secretive special ops program. For the last several years, he has been raising and training five genetically modified children, preparing them for their future battling the alien monsters that drove humanity under the surface. 

   Jordan has always been told the soldiers in his charge were more animal than human. While he has been able to accept that explanation enough to do what is required of him , everything is about to change. Jordan's charges face a transition that will turn the children he's raised into living weapons. In the face of it, he's forced to ask hard questions.
