A book of high adventure and romance, set in the time of Queen Elizabeth's infamous sea hawks, privateers who banded together to disrupt the armada Spain was building to invade England. This is the story of the Pirate Wolf, Simon Dante, and the only woman who could be his match in battle and in love.

An enjoyable read
Love the characters and their story. The humour, the adventure, and the romance were quite entertaining.
This story was written beautifully. Everything from twisting plot and sizzling love scenes to period authenticity. I thoroughly enjoyed this book from beginning to end and can't wait to read the rest of the series.
Thank you Marsha for your amazing story telling. Goodness, it was just wonderful. The first pirate book I've read that actually made me believe what I was reading was real. Not just fluff and wishful thinking of the author.
I enjoyed this book more than I have enjoyed a book in a very long time. Brilliantly written. Brilliantly researched. Articulate, but not overly embellished. Original, not cliched. Definitely recommend this read!
