Advances In Biotechnology

Biotechnology is the manipulation of living organisms or their components to produce useful commercial products leading them for more meaningful human application. As a multidisciplinary branch, that receives input from different biological sciences and allied subjects, new thoughts and approaches has been the keystone for widening the vision in biotechnology research. Being a dynamic branch, it has progressed much faster with intensive research and definitive knowledge. With the technological development, this field is further expanding and has been attending issues and problems related to environment, industry, medical, pharmaceutical science and agriculture. Considering multifaceted and ever progressing research in biotechnology at different R&D laboratories, universities and industries, there is a need to consolidate information and disseminate the knowledge in the form of book for reference/ betterment of students, researchers and academicians.
