Publisher Description
She buried him ten years ago.
Now he's back—and he's taking her hostage.
Lucia Gallardo has spent years hunting the cartel that murdered her fiancé. But when she infiltrates one of their operations, the man who captures her isn't some ruthless trafficker.
It's Ramiro. Very much alive.
Ramiro Alvarez thought the only way he'd ever see Lucia again was in his dreams. Instead, he finds her pointing a gun at one of the most dangerous men in Mexico. To keep her alive, he has to take her with him. But the cartel boss doesn't want any witnesses and orders her execution.
Now, Ramiro is fleeing across Mexico with the woman he never stopped loving in his passenger seat and a ruthless hitman on their trail. Lucia doesn't trust him, but he's working on changing that–before the cartel catches them and kills their second chance once and for all.
Agave Ridge is a medium-heat romantic suspense novel. Perfect for those who enjoy second-chance romances, on-the-run adventures, and open-door intimate scenes!
