Realistic and Inspiring🤗

I am an active 52 year old and love movement. This book is a refreshing look at how we can age and still enjoy the use of our body. The medical community wrights your off after 50 - any ache or pain is attributed to age. This book offers honest and realistic solutions - that anyone can do at any age. We may slow down, but we can still thrive. Easy to understand and interesting to learn.
