All Crimes Considered

A gang located in Langford, B.C. is responsible for the production and distribution of fentanyl-based drugs on Vancouver Island. In spite of an increase in overdoses and deaths, the popularity of the lethal drugs leads to remarkable financial returns for the gang, which then motivaters them to pursue other criminal activities, including mass shoplifting, smash and grab commercial outlet break-ins,overseas-market car thefts, protection rackets and sex-trafficking.

Meanwhile Inspector Murphy and his Westshore RCMP Detachment officers are frustrated in their attempts to penetrate the gang's operations and are preoccupied with the unsolved kidnapping  of an eight-year-old school student and the murder of a policewoman attempting to infiltrate the gang.

Finally, an inacvertant tip from a rescued sex-worker leads to a break that provides the perceptive Inspector and his senior officers with  the information they need to begin the process of learning the gang's location and identity.
