Book One in the First Things Series
"A sweet read with lots of quirky banter, angst and a touch of smexy."
"This is THAT story...the one that grabs you from the first page and you just can't seem to put the book down till you find out the ending!"
Seventeen-year-old Kari meets Neil Mars. “Neil as in Armstrong and Mars…as in Bruno.” A boy who beats every vampire, werewolf, highlander fantasy Kari has ever had. But she knows she can’t get close to him. Not ever. Because that would mean telling him everything. Coming clean. And Kari can’t bear the idea of changing the way Neil looks at her. Like she’s the only girl in the world. His reverence is something too precious to lose. Perhaps even at the cost of losing him.
But Kari doesn't know why Neil calls her his ‘Angel’ and when she finds out, she realizes what love is all about. Boundless joy, unending longing and a lot of heartache.

All My Life
All my life was a well written book. I love how Neil always calls her an Angel but you don't find out why. It gives the book a sense of suspense and I love that. It's a perfect addition to the book. Although different and outgoing the ending is great. I love that Kari doesn't know who her friends are but she still loves them the way they are. I can't wait to see how the next book will spin this off.

Un bon moment de lecture
J'ai passé un bon moment de lecture! L'histoire est bien écrite et l'héroïne est attachante, même si la fin est un peu trop rapide. Cela me donne envie de découvrir d'autres histoires écrites par cette auteure.
All my life
Storyline hooked me in right away, and I loved the author's writing style. Characters were fun and loveable
Unfortunately the ending did feel very rushed and not really what I would have expected. Overall, I really enjoyed this book and it kept me hooked throughout, even if the end was slightly disappointing. Was expecting a multi part book to continue the drama. Will definitely read more of author's works.
