What would the world look like if the Exceptionals War had ended differently?

Ace is trapped in an alternate timeline where Exceptionals are feared and hated.  It's a world where she and her sister are wanted criminals, and most Exceptionals live in fear of the Exceptionals Eradication Division. 

With the help of friends, old and new, Ace will try to change this timeline's fate.  Can she overcome years of prejudice and hatred?  And what about her own timeline?  What's happening there?  Ace faces a monumental task with more questions than answers and only one way forward.  Can she fix this alternate timeline and find her way home?
