Ten years ago the Twin Towers fell and Jimmy Brown joined the United States Army. Since basic, he has been overseas twice. After being home for a little more than a year, he gets orders to go to Afghanistan. He has to leave again and face the war with only his buddy to help him cope with leaving his family a million miles away. Lydia Brown married Jimmy ten years ago, only weeks before he shipped off to basic training. In ten years, Jimmy has been her protector, provider and best friend. She knows he has to follow orders, but when he gets papers to deploy again, her world slowly crumbles. She has always stood by him, but this third time brings challenges even their 10 year old son can’t handle.
