America's Fragile Experiment provides a thoughtful, fascinating insight into how the moral, spiritual and ethical values of ten of our greatest patriots (between 1800-1865) were indispensable, not only in helping to preserve our Experiment in freedom, but in furthering its rise to the greatness it enjoys today.  Yet, because some Americans do not appreciate the efforts of these early patriots, and some even consider our Nation is in decline, it is important to revisit them.  We must remember that "those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
