On the surface, this book is the story of the author’s sixty year journey that takes him from the Midwest to Arizona and, finally, to Virginia. An Earthly Journey tells of those who impacted him on his journey. The surface story, though important, is only one piece of the puzzle. The story is also about a dog and higher-dimensional entities, a very special piece of land, and a remarkable woman. It is a love story that began long ago, existing in many lifetimes. It is James’s story, and it is Angelica’s story, and the book could not exist without both of them.
