An Excellent Day

"An Excellent Day' was written with the intention for it to be read as if it were a song. It contains tempo, pattern changes, rhythm, and rhymes. The story paints a vivid image. Yet, allows enough room for the imagination to fill in the gaps. It is a reflection into positive childhood memoris and the innocenc that we all once possessed. Characters in the stroy remian autonomous enough that they can be applied to any family structure. This stroy was meant to be a children's bedtime story, but truly is much more versatile than that.


For example, "Now it is time for bed. Time to put down that weary head. When I dream, and I know I will, I'll be a king atop my very own hill."


Further, "There will be dancers, and lancers, and many forgotten answers. There will be dragons, and beasts, and my realm will find peace."


The imagery will continue to captivate read after read. Repitition, along with direct and indirect ryhmes, will keep a young listener/readers attention. This book will make a great addition to your kids collection.
