When Zell is hired to find the kidnapped wife of a wealthy aristocrat, her search turns up one dead end after another. She finally learns that her client is really a diabolical scientist, hell-bent on creating a master race of genetically-engineered humans to do his bidding. Things go from bad to worse when Zell is caught up in a full-scale rebellion. Fighting hideous mutants and an army of Liquidators sent to destroy her, Zell races against the clock to keep the evil aristocrat from using his synthetic fiends to take over the universe.
