Anne's Disappearing Allowance

Anne wants to be independent and to be independent, she requires an allowance. Matthew agrees and gives her a month’s worth of allowance at once. But Anne can’t seem to control her spending and the allowance begins to disappear. Anne soon learns, with help from Marilla, the value of money and the importance of saving.
