ANON

I wonder if our senseless emotions are the truest best expression of ourselves.

Jeanie is a digital patriot, fighting every day for the future of her nation. But in a world in which the battle between good and evil ranges across both centuries and the globe, some of the fiercest struggles are close to home.

ANON is a bold new play written by Anne Washburn (Mr Burns, a Post-Electric Play). This edition was published to coincide with the world premiere production at MCC Theater, New York in September 2026

directed by Obie Award-winner and Tony Award-nominee Anne Kauffman.
