Stuart Brown a Christian, devoted husband, father, son and brother was sent to prison for a crime he didn’t commit. From his first night in prison he kept a diary. His Christian faith shines bright throughout this true story. The purpose of this story is not to clear his name, nor is Stuart on a personal crusade to seek out the true criminals of this story. This story isn’t all about Stuart. It’s about the many people in Stuart’s life. His wife, his children, his family and friends. Sure it’s about Stuart’s experience of what he went through in prison, but more than that, it’s about the experience of all who know and love him. This book is about all of them; it’s about what they went through.

My son Jacob (age 9) came and visited me; He said something very powerful to me that he shared with his Mum (my wife, my Nessa) the day before. They were talking about how they miss me and how they were going to get through the next few months. He said that waiting for me was like a long corridor with lots of doors. Each door is like a day which we open, go through and then shut behind us. And one day we will open the next door and Dad will be behind it.
