Another Transformation of Pakistan‪!‬

Byline: Shaukat Qadir Hillary Nicholas Synnott, a soldier turned diplomat, was the British High Commissioner in Islamabad after the turn of this century. He has written a book 'Transforming Pakistan - Ways out of Instability', published by the International Institute of Strategic Studies (IISS) in London, which I read with interest; only to find it filled with the cliches, typical of diplomats who have no idea of our real situation.
