Are You Serious‪?‬

This book intends to stimulate the leader in a number of areas related to education, careers and business. Its intention is not to provide answers but rather to question certain facts in a simple way to stimulate the reader with a view to suggesting that common sense is not as common as it seems. For example, shouldn't politicians be certified? Do we all actually practice what we preach? Are we actually focusing on what is critical and not just important?...

It is a collection of blogs written for my company's (StudySmart) website each month called "Bite Size Management thoughts" and were written usually on a plane or at an airport. The ideas for the topics came from discussions during my classes, meetings and conferences around the world, having travelled to deliver key notes, professional trainings or participate in meetings in close to 50 countries around the world from China to the USA and from Russia to the Middle East.
