“Happy for now” ending
Destiny and Nix continue to work out their dynamic relationship while the conspirators come closer. Although the story ends with a cliffhanger, I did enjoy it. Nix is amazing and I love the many layers to Destiny’s character. She is so strong and yet, so vulnerable, especially with Nix. I can’t wait for book 9!
