Authorbiography

Shortly after moving to the US, I played rookie league baseball after school. We never lost a game but I was the worst player on the team. My glove was brand new. So, I couldn’t catch very well. I couldn’t hit or throw either. Our sponsor was Tom’s Grocery. Years later, I was outside Tom’s Grocery & I saw a sign saying, “This property protected 24/7 by vigilante Canadian”. I can’t help but wonder if that meant me. They called me lucky number 7.
